What types of PCBs and PCBA services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of PCB types, including single-sided PCBs, double-sided PCBs, multi-layer PCBs (up to 26 layers), flexible PCBs, and rigid-flex PCBs. For PCBA services, we provide surface mount technology (SMT) assembly, through-hole assembly, and mixed-technology assembly. We can also handle various components, from standard discrete components to complex integrated circuits.
What industries do you serve?
We serve multiple industries, such as consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control, medical devices, telecommunications, and aerospace and defense. Our products and services are tailored to meet the specific requirements and standards of each industry.
What is your production capacity?
Our production capacity varies depending on the type and complexity of the PCB/PCBA order. For standard PCBs, we can produce up to 20000 square meters per month, and for PCBA assembly, we can handle 20000 pieces per month. However, we can also scale up production to meet large orders by adjusting our production schedule and resources.
What is your typical lead time?
The lead time depends on the order quantity, complexity of the design, and current production workload. Generally, for small to medium-sized orders of standard PCBs, the lead time is around 5-7 working days. For PCBA assembly, it typically takes 12 working days. For large or complex orders, we will provide a detailed lead time estimate after evaluating the project.
Can you meet urgent orders?
Yes, we understand the importance of urgent orders. We have a dedicated team and production line to handle rush orders. Depending on the situation, we can offer expedited services with a shorter lead time, usually within 3-5 working days for PCB production and 10-12 working days for PCBA assembly. However, there may be an additional charge for urgent services.
